Flexibility, Balance & Control

Let's go deep! In this workshop, we'll explore a multitude of safe and effective ways to access our most extreme ranges of motion. Concentrating on both mobility and strength, we'll work not only to increase flexibility, but to control it! In learning to refine our technique, we'll be able to find our deepest postures with the maximum amount of support!
